Our warranty terms are straight forward and simple, if the cable fails due to a manufacturing or construction fault we will repair or replace the cable free of charge. We proudly stand by our products and craftsmanship and have never had a cable come back to us in over 10 years. Each of our cables are sold with a quality control checked and tested warranty tag that must be presented upon any warranty claim. If you cannot provide us with your proof of purchase genuine tag we reserve the right to refuse any claim.
